Great sales person and staff. A a a a a a a a a a
Came in for my 37K service and was told that I needed new tires. Did not rotate the tires. Because I needed new ones. Asked if they would check passenger right rear tire for leaks. Never got done. Went to Tire Company in the neighborhood to get the repair done. ($20.00). I don't need new tires. Will not be back in the future.
Tried to get me to sign up for more services that I didn’t need. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to have the work done and that it was going to cost me.
Car is back on the road in a timely manner. I would give more stars, however only concern is having to pay a total of $1650.80 for a warranty claim where the contract states a $100 deductible? It seems to be breech of contract. I would like an explanation in writing why I would be charged additional money

I had a recall one for door lock tips and a sticker about emissions.i stopped one day so they could see what to order.and they made a appt for the next week.i set an hour before they said the wrong part came all they did was put on the sticker.they called after few days with another appt. Said part came.i set another hour before they said wrong thing came.guy said thong sent the whole part and they only want tips.a little crazy if you ask me.someones not doing something right
Called and made an appt for an oil change and a recall on my vehicle...was told at that time they needed to order the recall part but would be in by Friday so I rearranged my work schedule so this could be taken care. Dropped my car off the night before. Friday afternoon Deihl ford called and said my car was ready went and picked it up was never told the recall was not completed until a week later, which was 8 days after I thought the recall was completed to be told it was not done because the part just came in....I do not h... read more
I was told by Brandon finance person I was getting $1000 undercoating ony car. Had to be done in June. He would not return the messages I left for him. Finally got service scheduled for yesterday. When I picked up my car it was $75 with no warranty. Donny explained it to me in the service department. That it is no longer available. Why would Brandon make me schedule in June for the 10 year warranty undercoating and it's not available? I would have waited until October to have this done.
Was told my towhitch off 2019 would fit right on the new 2023 santa fe by sales lady . wrong 5 hr round trip to Canton Ohio $410 plus 4.5 hrs of mechanic time ,my gas and time I'll have a hich for my bass boat. Sales never checked with service about the hitch . I informed them no hitch no sale . Then a old trick ( I was in sales 10 yes in my younger days its hard to pull one over on me) the sales lady tells me this morning she said it may fit that's a lie.
