Looking for a quality used crossover. Found online what we were looking for with an excellent pricetag for the gem the car was. Erica and staff were super friendly and very helpful in getting us what we wanted/needed as well as doing what they needed to do to get us into the car without being pushy or overbearing. Just bought 2011 Honda Crz from this dealer. Even though they weren't a Honda dealer, the salesman took his time to find out all he could about my car. Which was impressive. Good salesman ship and great price.
Dealing with Charlene and Don was a tremendous experience. I highly recommend them to all potential buyers. They take the time to make you understand what you are looking at. Charlene, especially, was very thorough in her demonstration of the features.
I have bought and leased many cars over the years and I can honestly say that this was the first and only time I leased a car and felt great about the whole process from the time Char Macri walked out onto the lot to greet us. Char Macri made us feel like she was happy to go to the manager to get us the best deal she could. No games, just the best and honest deal we were all very happy with. I will tell everyone and anyone what a great salesperson Char is. Make sure when you visit this dealership you ask for Char!
I've been to alot of car dealerships, most of them pushy and just wanting to "make the sale" - not this dealership. Throughout my visit I was assisted by Craig. He was incredibly friendly, actually LISTENED to what I wanted, and most importantly, didn't pressure me into a sale that I wasn't completely sure of. I spent at least a month looking for a car that was reliable and able to get me to and from work, being that i live in Pittsburgh and there is a lot of heavy traffic and accidents waiting to happen. My husband and I took his truck in for inspection. We noticed a 2013 Mustang with Shelby accents. I spent 3 hours deciding if I was going to trade in my Chrysler 300 that was paid for to get this new Mustang. Charlene Macri was very understanding and never pressured me to buy the Mustang. Charlene IS the reason I ended up buying the car. Car dealerships are known for their intimidating salesmen and most women hate having to deal with a man who has an attitude that you are a woman and don't know anything. Dealing with Char made the whole car shopping experience worthwhile! Car dealerships might consider their sales would go up if they hired more women to sell cars. I can't speak highly enough about this woman I worked with. I love my car and I would definitely go back to this dealership again.
