My son and I went to Sharon Preston Hyundia looking for a car for him. Our sales rep, Charlene Macri, was who we dealt with. She showed us 3-4 cars that we were interested in in our price range. We had the opportunity to drive a few while we were there. We did need additional time to think, research, and discuss our options. I was very happy with my experience with Preston Sharon and the salemanship of Bill. I was especially happy the financing made available at the time.
First contact was online chat, followed by text messaging with Erica. My husband and I went to the dealership with one particular car in mind. We didn't love it, however, Erica asked what else she could help us with, our criteria for what we wanted and matched us with a car that just fits. She was fantastic, as was Colleen, who worked our finances. I have never had such fun buying a car. No pressure, lots of laughter....even with the pouring rain!!! I highly recommend the dealership!!!!!

I spent the last 5 to 6 mos looking for a particular truck. I talked to at least 5 salesmen at differant dealerships in Ohio and Pa. Most of the salesmen only cared to sell what was on the lot - not help me find what I wanted - I could not even get an answer to what would it cost to order and how long to get. Charlene Macri came out to help me and by the end of our conversation I was knew that I was going to purchase a car from her. I am extremely satisfied with my experiance with Preston Ford. I found the Mustang I was looking for on their web site and talked to Erica regarding the details of the car. When I went to the dealership for a test drive, the car was exactly as described on both the internet and on the phone.
