Dealer indicates that online prices are not negotiable. Arrived at dealer to test drive a vehicle that I saw online. I had not done business with this dealership in the past and was optimistic based on the reviews. Prior to my visit, I had narrowed down a few vehicles after searching AutoTrader. Bait and switch dealer Called on Monday to see a used Hyundai at a below market price advertised on their website and others. This dealer is 70 miles away, so I could not go there immediately. On Thursday, I was ready to make the trip to see this car, but rechecked the website and found the price had been raised by $2000. Apparently they knew I was a ready buyer and thought I would pay more and so raised the price. After coming to a verbal agreement over the phone on a price we were told the next day that they did not recall agreeing to said price. As we had nothing in writing there was nothing we could do about the situation. I spoke personally with the GM who said he would call me "right back". I never received a call back. Very poor customer service and did not appreciate being lied to repeatedly. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sales experience in my opinion was awful, refused to warranty items defective on my vehicle while under the dealership warranty period. Mr. Flynn and Mr. Colucci were very agressive and confrontational in my opinion. In my opinion this is a very fast paced HIGH PRESSURE forget you after the sale dealership.
