Started off by sending an email inquiry to Preston Ford in Sharon Pa, about a 2013 Ford Explorer. Within 5 minutes Bill Grady called me offering to help. After a brief and friendly discussion over the phone Bill emailed a price quote that was more than fair and led me to stop by their sales lot on my way to work. I did this deal over the phone. From the first convsersation until the time I drove away in my new car, I felt like everybody was honest and very caring about my needs. I will tell you this is the first car dealer I have EVER! had a good experience at, I can assure you that I am not hard to get along with, when looking for a car I do not want a good deal, I want a fair honest deal and this is the first car dealership that I felt I got that. Mike Anderson is an awesome salesman! I bought a 2011 Ford Explorer from him and it is the best! Mike new all the answers to the questions we asked. I will buy my next car off of him and tell everyone I know to call Mike. All the employees at Prestons in Sharon were very kind to us and helpful.

My gf and I just bought a used 2007 Honda CRV from PrestonSharon. It took about an hour for them to have us in our new vehicle and on our way home.Compared to other places they usually make you sit about 4 or 5 hours and sometimes all day. The customer service was great. Michael Anderson was our sales rep. He was friendly and knew how to get the job done right and quickly as possible. great experience, found them on the internet because of their low prices, drove over an hour to see them. Was able to let Bill know I was going to be looking at a particular car so he was able to pull it in the showroom for me. Met with Mike who happened to have the same taste and thoughts about the car that I had.

What a great place to buy from! I actually went in looking to replace my 2006 Elantra and came out with 2 new vehicles (2011 Veracruz and 2011 Sonota) and kept the Elantra because the deal on the two new cars was so good. Thanks Mike and Donnie, I will surely be back.

What a great experience. This dealership from the first contact via internet to the finance services was excellent. It is nice to work with a dealership that is interested in what their clients want. I knew exactly what I wanted and did research on the car, and they met my expectations.
