Excellent service, very friendly and most important of all best price available in the market. Recently purchased a 2008 Ford Mustang V6 Premium with Pony package. Not other dealer could have matched this price. The car is in pristine condition. This dealership was more than one hour drive from my home and had to make three trips before getting the car home. We recently had our 2002 Focus blow it's engine and started to look around to replace it. My salesman was Mike Anderson. He went above and beyond the his job description. From the first phone call to actually meeting him in person he was very low pressure and friendly while I was with him. Overall very impressed with my experience at Preston Sharon. Our Hyundai internet sales person was Mike Anderson. When we met him in person he was very enthusiastic & eager to answer our questions. He was very friendly and low pressure. Not satisfied The salesman assured us that we could have a second key made, since only one was given, after several not returned phone calls, I finally spoke to our salesman and he stated he would talk to his manager and call me back, it is now two months later and I still have not had a return phone call. We would not have purchased the vehicle if we would have known that we would only have one key for the vehicle. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership
Scam artists This organization will take advantage of their customers at every step. They offer low Kelly Blue Book trade ins and took advantage of my trusting parents or no sale would have occurred. AVOID!
Disappointing I was extremely disappointed with the way the sales department operated. While they responded fairly quickly to my inquiries, they would choose to only answer certain parts of some questions and ignore others entirely. They never sent me an actual quote despite repeated requests and then I found out they had misrepresented the vehicle I was interested in. I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you plan to do any part of your shopping online.
Customer Service Disappointment I have not received same treatment as an owner as I did potential buyer. I was contacted numerous times by numerous employees to make purchase. After purchase I have been disappointed several times. It takes only a tiny gesture to show exceptional customer service. To date, Preston is far from exceptional customer service, their #1 goal.
