I placed a custom order through the manager of this dealership and I didn't realize the extra $1k add-ons until after the purchase (basic things like carpet that I thought was part of the package for the SX trim). They've been lying to me throughout this process and it's been a month since I bought this with no progress. Unfortunately I had a recall that needed to be done on my car so I took it to Diehl Kia of Hermitage. The mechanic that worked on my car was very nice but I was met at the end with a multi-page list of things that my car needed to have fixed immediately. Once I had time to look at it, I took out my calculator and the suggested fixtures would total $2,900 all together. I wanted to cry! So I call my mechanic and I took the car to him today. I took my vehicle in for a recall for a knock sensor and have had nothing but problems every since. Funny thing is I never had a single problem prior to the recall. I am taking my vehicle to a different garage to have it checked out.

The dealership is often hard to get ahold of. I required a maintenance check of my car since the check engine light was on. Got an oil change and requested a report of the breaks and tire conditions and received neither. When I finally got the part replaced to turn the check engine light off, I got in my car and my check engine light was still on. So I had to wait an additional hour at the facility to just have them tell me they had to reset a bad airbag code. Kia has fallen FAR from the grace it once held imo.
Mechanic made a mistake that ruined our engine. We were finally told that they would repair it and that the cost of a rental would be covered by Kia. It was not covered in full. The only car available to us by the rental company was not even equal to ours. It was smaller and one door would not open. We had to pay for being very inconvenienced. Also, when we did get our car back we just happened to look inside and noticed that the coolant was very low. Why would they not fill that while working on the car?
If your car is under warranty, don't even bother bringing it here for an issue. The first time this happened, they just cleared the check engine code and gave me the car back and of course the check engine light came on the next day. Then they wouldn't return my calls for 3 weeks or answer my question as to why someone cleared the codes and didn't do anything.
