0new car just in for recalls and service , get it back CRUISE CONTROL NOT WORKING AND PULSING GOING DOWN THE ROAD LIKE IT IS MISSING , not all the time but very aggravating having new car with only 2950 miles on it , having it for almost 8 months , trying to use it in nice weather to enjoy new car getting ready for vacation and have to wait to get it repaired WOW. SUPER SERVICE , SOMETHING TO REMEMBER WHEN BUYING THE NEXT NEW CAR
Toddler and all of them were very nice they had time for us. They took time they explain things and everything. It was a great experience. I give Tyler his number 10 the best.
Rude! ! Unprofessional!!! Incompetent!!!Slow!!! Sneaky!!! Overpriced!!! Took 14 days to fix a strut and I got nothing for the inconvenience! I will walk before I buy another Kia. I have a nephew who works for Kia and I have several members in my family and friends who own Kia’s. When I’m done not one of them or anyone they know will EVER buy another Kia

Had no options for zero stars there is no excuse for a six hour oil change
On our most recent visit, we were told that we didn't qualify for a loaner vehicle, but could be shuttled to a nearby destination of our choice. We were promptly dropped off. After about 2.5 hours, we called to see if our car was ready. It was, and we requested to be picked up. They said there would be a delay. We waited over an hour and a half outside in 88-degree weather. After numerous additional phone calls, someone finally showed up. I was told that all kias take 5w30 oil. I had questioned why they would use 5w30 when my cap says 0w20. The gentlemen explained to me that they use 5w30 in all their kias except stingers. When I had my oil change this past Saturday the tag says 0w30 but my paperwork says 0w20. I’m very unhappy that I have no idea what oil is in my car and the fact that they continue to use different oil each time. That makes no sense. If something were to happen to my engine because of this I am not going to be at fault.
