horrible communication, hard to schedule with because nobody answers the phone, takes forever for service to be completed
I'm not very pleased with my buying experience here. Despite having had everything lined up 2 days before (tho one of those days was a holiday - thanksgiving), with assurances I could go straight to the finance office and be out an in hour, I spent 4 hours at this dealership, over 3 hours of which was me standing around waiting. I showed up at my appointment time to a car that wasn't ready to be sold (needed cleaned and gassed up), and had to provide my license and registration which I had provided the 2 days before already.... read more
A tech found a mysterious rattle in driving in for 5 minutes and decided I needed a part repair over 500$. Took my car to another mechanic who said the repair was unnecessary and that the stabilizer links the dealership said were broken/loose were in fact perfectly intact. Charged me 100$ for an oil change the same day... Will not be taking my vehicle back.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a service garage. Everything they claimed to fix was still wrong and broken. They had no problem taking my money and time. Staff was unbelievably rude and condescending to women. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
When I got my Kia back it had grease in multiple areas. I have white interior so I was very upset!!!
They performed an oil consumption test on my sorento and said it passed then 2 months later I surpassed 60,000 and I’m out of oil again. Of course it is no longer covered by the factory warranty
To the point and No salesperson on you while you just getting work done. Professional!!!
