Never can get through on the phone to them. When messages are left. Nobody calls back had an appointment and it was switched to Toyota which they were very nice. Give them five stars.

These surveys suck, a waste of time. I do admit the service was 50% better than when Taylor owned this location.

Horrible customer service. Took 2 months for a simple issue to be resolved. After a month of trying to get it resolved on my own I contacted the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. They had to call the service department for resolution. I wouldn’t not go back.

The service technician was polite and respectful. The work was done promptly. We were surprised that the inspection checklist was formulated for gas-powered vehicles. Everything was checked off, even if it did not apply to our electric vehicle. It made us wonder what was actually inspected. When we returned home and filed our paperwork, we saw that we were entitled to a free tire rotation. However, we were charged for the rotation. Extremely upset to find that the Kia sportage we have has a couple of problems all related to being wrecked at some point and not repaired properly. It was not disclosed to us that the car had been wrecked at the time of purchase, but now that we are having problems a car fax was run and it shows it has been in an accident in New York state. They will not do any of the repairs under warranty as they are apparently related to a prior accident. Purchased my vehicle in Oct. 2020. Good experience. In July of 2021 my brakes were going bad called for an appt. Was told I. Could not be seen for 2 weeks. Went to Firestone got my vehicle fixes there. Not happy customer

I was lied to about price they charged me 1700 over the amt priced.. so i would not recommend taylor of hermitage pa.. i was also charged 1102 which was not discussed. I needed a vehicle but did not get the price online as was issued. Overcharged overcharged. Lied too..

Charged 149.00 found and fixed nothing, no paperwork showing diagnostics that were "run" no work showing that they tested any sensors that might have been at fault. Drove an hour to pick it up arrived at 5:32 service closed at 5:30 no one was able to take the outrageous 149.00 dollar charge, but they could take a down payment on a sale just not money for service. They said to come back tomorrow. I offered card or cash hey couldn't do it unable to process a payment . So I had to take my son to work and pick him up at midnight... read more

I am very disappointed in the hermitage location again. They didn't even fill my tires when they rotated them. Sold me a car I hate and can't even service it correctly. Biggest mistake was letting that salesman Dallas con me in to trading in my car.
