Terrible experience overall, had my car here had to get a full motor replacement. Finally get the car bring it home to not even have the car 24 hours and the check engine light was on, to find out the timing positioning sensor was busted off when the NEW MOTOR WAS INSTALLED. And it was JB welded back on. As return customers my husband and I were disappointed in Diehl Kia. The price for the car we were interested in was advertised online at one amount, but not until negotiations were done were we informed that the advertised price included a military discount which did not apply to us. This is a deceptive bait and switch practice and led to an increased cost of about $1700.00 to us. Had we not been desperate for a car at the time, we would have walked away. It good service and customer support, for small problem diagnosis they give me waiting period of 5 to 6 weeks and other Kia dealer fixed problem in one day

My car went in for a transmission. Was told I would get a loaner as soon as one was available. Never got a call for a loaner had to use someone else's car for the time it was in the shop. I called multiple times left plenty of messages checking progress on my car and never received a call back. The service department never answers their phone or return calls. Wasn’t informed at all about the status about my vehicle. I had to inquire myself. Then was told to wait, I’ll hear something shortly (1 hour later). Service attendant was not helpful about next step in repair process. Was told to drop it off with no reassurance of a loaner vehicle. Very unprofessional. This was the first bad experience I had with this dealer. Previous service advisor was amazing in this process, but unfortunately doesn’t work with dealerships any longer.

The overall experience was very unprofessional in the appeance of of the sales staff to the inability to get anyone to answer the phone when I tried to call the dealership, among other issues.
I have had too many problems with servicing this 2023 KIA to give a good recommendation. Tires were not rotated on first checkup at 6901 miles. Proof in 2 flat tires in the SAME tire, the second one coming after the first checkup. Impossible if tires had been rotated. I spoke to Andrew about this after I was sure that the tires had been rotated at the second checkup at 11991miles. He offered a logical explanation. We were quoted $1,400 for car work. We went to two other auto shops and were quoted $700 from both. Both auto shops that we took our vehicle to said that there were not as many problems as we were told the car had at Diehl. We will not be going back to Diehl in the future and will be letting our family and friends know what happened.
Wasn't offered gap insurance and when I found out I didn't get gap I couldn't purchase it so now I'm screwed thanks I won't be back. I had the 1k a guy from your dealership said I could purchase gap still got the voice-mail only to find out ubcant purchase gap. I was cheated and feel wronged
